	At a recent meeting of the Lions Club of Berowra, we were please to present to awards to two of our members. Russell Pinch was awarded a Melvin Jones Fellowship for outstanding and extended service to Lions. The award recognizes Russell’s dedication and commitment to Lions and community service. Jamie Roberts was awarded an Neil Williams Honoured Award for many years of dedicated service to Lions and the community. Our sincere congratulations to Russell and Jamie. PDG Barry Palmer presented the awards in the presence of Region Chairman Ian Cavanaugh, members of the Lions Club of Hornsby, partners and guests. President Brian Engert also received 2 awards. One was the Club Presidents Diamond Award 2006-2007 for achieving positive net growth in the Club for year ending 30 June 2007 and the second award was an individual award for introducing at least two new members to Lions during the previous year.
